Magnetic Lifters

Magnetic lifters are used in conjunction with overhead hoists or cranes to magnetically engage an object to lift it and release it safety. These are often used in tool rooms for die handling and/or die separation.

Ultralift Plus™ Lifting Magnet – The World’s Safest Lifter

The Ultralift Plus™ comes with the patented Safety Shim which allows pre-testing of any load to ensure a 3:1 safely factor.

Magnetic Hand Tools

HT SERIES MAGNETIC HAND TOOLS

Application:

MPI’s Magnetic Hand Tools (HT series) provide a quick, easy way to handle small ferrous metal parts. Common uses include: machine area maintenance, stock bin loading/unloading, sorting, weighing and packaging.

Operation:

Permanent Ceramic 8 magnet material is mounted inside an 11 gauge steel upper casing. The finger tip control release knob quickly drops the entire load, and a plastic lip prevents parts from traveling up the side of the case. An optional all stainless steel casing with neoprene molding is available for heavy-duty applications.
